Hi there and welcome to Harmony Unlimited! My name is Harmony Washburn. I am a professional resume writer and career coach, originally from the U.S. but now living and working in a remote, tropical island in Thailand. Growing up, I had BIG dreams and living in paradise someday was one that became my reality!

First and foremost, I would like to share something with you that is close to my heart. I inherited my business name, Harmony Unlimited, from my late Mom and her business partner. This was the name of their business when I was growing up, and I am honored to be able to use this name for my career coaching business today as a way to continue in my mother's footsteps. My Mom was an incredible woman who touched the lives of many with her loving nature, wisdom, creativity, and everlasting sense of humor. She is still very much alive in my heart. With that said, I have big shoes to fill. I truly see your success as my own purpose and peace of mind.

So why am I the best option to be your career coach? After graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, I launched my (now 10-year) career as a professional recruiter for both the U.S. and European markets. I have recruited various skill sets for many well known, global companies in both regions of the world. I started my recruiting career in California, and eventually moved abroad in 2016 where I hopped between the Netherlands and Thailand for a few years before I finally settled down in paradise. In 2018, I began recruiting remotely for a large corporation in Germany and eventually supported hiring for additional offices across multiple countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, and others. Although most of my experience has been in the life sciences and medical diagnostics sectors, I have recruited for all functions within these sectors including engineering, software/IT, marketing, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, product management, HR, project management, executive leadership, and more.

Throughout these years of hard work, I kept coming back to the same realization: that I felt most alive when helping the candidates. Whether it's helping people prepare for an interview or giving them pointers on their resume – helping others to own their potential and believe they can succeed – that is what really makes my heart light up.
